Cant update Dispatched

Hi I've sold an item and when I've gone to get the QR code to dispatch it says No Services available.  

I've been and posted the Item but now can't update that it's been dispatched how do I do this?

Why do you as seller need a QR code to mark as  dispatched?.

 Buyers get codes for collection items,

Marking as dispatched is in drop down menu or Postage drop down menu.

Usually It gives me a code for Evri then when I use it at the Post Office it automatically updates on the App Dispatched.  But it won't give me a QR code or label so can't mark down as Dispatched

As I would never get involved with ebay systems which always seem to be faulty, all I can suggest is using Royal Mail, depending on value, Tracked 48 covers up to £150, but do not know whether marking as dispatched would be available on ebay. Evri as far as I know only provide cover of £20.

That is the trouble with using systems that restrict what you can do when things go wrong.

I've already dispatched the Parcel but can't update the App as it wants me to download a QR /label but won't work.

Not sure but switch if you can to a PC / laptop and use Chrome and try from there.

You need to finalise the transaction now only on the Seller Hub here:

Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.

Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched'  there you can add the tracking number there too.

Thanks for your help . I was using the App and once I used the Desktop site I could mark as Dispatched.

Excellent,  yep that app while it's handy andy ,  it aint the bestest device and sadly lacking in some options and features always when an issue arises switch to that more reliable Desktop site.
