Cannot use my tablet to access my account. Has anybody else experienced this. AI is useless on this!

Hi has anybody out there experienced this problem. I can still use laptop to access, but the photos I need are on tablet. I keep getting message 'Invalid access token'. 

AI has been absolutely hopeless on this.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache on your tablet then signing out and back in again.Also uplug your internet connection/hub for 5 mins so it updates when you turn it back on.

This can be an intermittent issue,so one minute you have an issue then you don't
