Cannot send payment details on Invoice or send invoice

Same as many loyal sellers, cannot send payment details or correct invoice.

Just tells me, "Invoices cannot be sent for items where eBay manages all or part of the postage. These items are excluded from this invoice".  So what do i do now eBay! Yet another foul up by eBay! It is getting very tedious now, somebody needs to come out of their ivory tower and actually do something not just sit on their hands!

Any thoughts any eBay partisan's, seems eBay do not have a clue

You don't say why you want to send an invoice, eg. combined postage is not working at the moment with Simple Delivery.   You'd have to cancel and relist the item on one listing with one postage for the buyer to buy again.    Or if you think you need extra insurance SD effectively insures up to £750 and will issue a refund themselves as long as the buyer opens the appropriate claim.
