Cannot send an invoice

Can anybody help please. I sold my car this morning on a classified ad. The buyer made an offer and I accepted it. However, he cannot buy the car until I send him an invoice. When I try to do this I get the message "Sorry, vehicles and motors cannot be invoiced and have been removed. Please check the order summary before continuing."

NEVER accept ebay payments. 

Vehicles must be paid for in cash or cleared bank transfer. 

So no need to send invoice.

Buyer should have inspected car and then paid.
