Cannot read or reply to eBay Messages

Since this morning, i cannot read messages or reply to messages. If I click on the message nothing happens (only that the unread message changes to read).  Reported to eBay and awaiting technical support, told 72 hours. No idea how they are supposed to message me? Was told that no other ebayers have reported similar problems but I can see on this forum that others are experiencing the same.

If you are using the app or mobile browser then yes,  others are reporting this over several days now.

For now,  can you switch to a laptop / PC and use Chrome to read your messages?  That combo works fine.

I was using a pc and chrome. But thankfully everything resolved around 11pm yesterday but thank you for your advice
