Cannot change details on item

‘Certain details cannot be changed due to the current status of the listing’

this is stated on one of my items, I cannot alter any details, frozen, any ideas?  Thanks.

If a Best Offer has been made  on the listing in question,  this has to expire or be declined,  and then any alterations / additions can be made to that item.
