I am getting the dreaded "It was not possible to generate the label. Collection is not available for this postcode. Please review and try again." error message when I try to arrange for postal collection. I have cleared cookies, used different browsers, restarted my PC with no effect. No matter how many times I edit my dispatch address the dialogue adds the last line of my street address to the City field so that it reads <city, last line>. Also in the Change Address dialogue it is listing my country as GBR instead of UK. It seems likely to me that in trying to arrange collection with Royal Mail eBay is supplying my address in the wrong format so that RM are responding that my collection address does not exist. Collections have been working fine up until a week ago so something has changed in the last couple of weeks. I know this issue has arisen a few times over the last few years. Is there an established fix?
