Cancelling an order

I received an offer on a bottle of perfume,  I accepted the offer,  bought the shipping label  , then the buyer asked me to cancel the order.  There was no option to do that,  in fact it states she has to cancel .  She was messaging until nearly 2am this morning asking me to refund her.  But am i right in saying i would still have to send the perfume.

She can request a cancellation but you would still have to issue one.    You should be able to do that via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your orders list.

Buyers can only ask, they cannot cancel. Only seller can do that. You will also need to cancel the label to avoid being charged.
