Cancelling a yodel label

I thought if I refunded the buyer I would relist the item and let the buyer know when it was done hit what I should've done was cancel the order, I went to postage  labels and tried changing it to a small parcel but it doesn't save the changes, how do I get my refund for the label?

Thank you for your post.

On the left hand side of the label there should be an actions drop down list where you can cancel the label.
