Cancelled return

I cancelled a return as it was under the wrong reason. Now I am unable to return the item due to eBay not showing the option on the listing. Trying to contact Customer Service is a joke( but I am not laughing). How to I return this item as the BOT is just running me round in circles not even allowing me to email that option just takes me round again

No reason why it could not be arranged with seller, outside the ebay system, but it would all rely on trust as refund could not be enforced.

What was the (correct) reason for the return?

Is the seller a business or private seller?

When and how you did you pay?

Depending upon the above there may be other ways to action a return.

That figures. Amazon if you cancel it allows you to cancel and rearrange in fact that is the method to make changes. Think I will keep off eBay as much as possible as you can’t even speak to anyone eBay system sucks as it set up for you to fail.
