Cancelled order

Seller has messaged saying item is damaged so they have cancelled the transaction and I have already paid

When they issue the cancellation on ebay a refund will be issued.   If for some reason they don't do that you'll have to wait for the last estimated delivery date on the listing to pass then select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

If you receive a message from eBay that a cancellation  and refund is in process,  then all is well.

Wait a day or two,  if that message does not come through from eBay,  come back to us here.
