I walked into my local post office and posted the item to the winner I keep getting asked that I need to download a QR code or label and the item still states that I need to post it It has been posted and the winner informed that it has been posted Where on my account can say “item posted “ without using the label/QR code ?

If the item was sold with Simple Delivery but you chose not to use the label or QR code supplied by Ebay, you can't mark your item as sent.

You can mark dispatched by opening the original Simple Delivery label (Get prepaid label > Get prepaid label and QR code).   It will remain unused.

If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.  If you paid for it (ie. you had free postage on your listing) you can cancel it here:

The option to change tracking number has been removed.  You can message your buyer with the tracking details.  If necessary you would be able to add the new number to an "Item not received" case if one was opened.   Payment will be held for 14 days.
