It depends how you cancelled.
If the buyer did not agree to the cancellation or if you cancelled citing ' out of stock' then a seller fee is charged.
What was the reason you gave for the cancellation ?

Had the auction ended or did you cancel it with less than 12 hours to go?
If you cancel an auction, Ebay may still charge fees based on the highest bid.

If you withraw an item from sale after bids have been placed, or cancel a completed sale because you can no longer deliver the item, eBay will charge you a final value fee based on the price the item reached.
This is explained in eBay's selling fees and you accepted it in the user ageement.

If the listing ended with a winning bidder or buyer, when you cancelled the order you should have got a credit for your eBay final fees.
However, if you cancelled as out of stock eBay will keep 30p.
Any listing fees would also be non-refundable.
What have you been charged for?

From bidding history it looks as though auction ended with a winning bidder.
Cancelling the sale without the agreement of the winning bidder means you still pay the selling fee, and buyer can leave negative feedback.
There is no appeal these are the terms you agree to before you start selling.

adding to the advice already given -
your special conditions of selling could also cause you problems.

There is a thread about this in the Mentor lounge. When cancelling as out of stock seller gets their FVFs credited but loses the 30p charge, and they accrue an account defect.
