Canceled refund

Hi. Bought a step ladder. Used 4 time and then broke on 3 step. Snapped, did not get a refund as itam not fit for purpose now. Ladders were not cheap and e bay cancelled return as over 30 days.

If you funded the payment with a debit or credit card get in touch with your card provider, you should be able to issue a not as described chargeback.
