No. Not unless you do a proper cancellation with the buyers agreement, anything else and you get a defect and no fees refunded.

depends on why and how you cancel the sale,

if you are cancelling because the buyer asked you to, you get the fees refunded,

if you are cancelling because you don't want to sell, you have to pay the fees.
