Can’t verify bank details. Please use a different payment method

So on my payment method there seems to be a bank account added but the last 2 digits are swapped around and I'm not sure how eBay allowed this account to be added. I have some money to be payed out to me but Ofc eBay can't because that bank acc is incorrect and when I add my actual bank account eBay tells me that it can't be verified and I've tried to add it so much times. I've even called eBay and they keep telling me that I have to wait 24-48 hours so that they can contact the bank and allow it to be added and I've waited over a week and it keeps telling me eBay cant verify my bank details. I'm 100% sure these r the correct details. Please someone help

We have no access to your account and can only explain the process which it seems you may have followed already.

Payouts sent to the wrong or a closed account will just bouunce back to eBay.  Add your new bank details with the link below. It can take quite a few days later for eBay to verify this, and then the payouts will be sent there. The name must match the one in your eBay account eactly,  down to any middle name,  middle letter etc.

If you do need to contact eBay Customer Serv ices,  I do recommend contacting them very first thing in the morning when the lines first open at 8 a.m.  there's more chance of Dublin answering.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
