Can't update tracking info

Hi all,

I messed up and posted an order through Royal Mail forgetting I had a prepaid postage label. I can't update the tracking info because it's linked to the label I didn't use and it's already posted. Is there a way to update so I can get paid?

You should be able to manually edit that tracking number where you marked the item as dispatched,  it shows there, but  use a laptop / PC and Chrome, not the app or mobile browser.

If it's not possible,  contact eBay Customer Services they will do this for you.
