Can't select Confirm Return option - it's greyed out

Hi there,

I'm trying to return an item and have discussed doing so with the seller as it's defective. They asked me to open a return and when I do, I enter the info required about the issue, as well as several screenshots, but the "Confirm Return" button stays greyed out and thus won't work.

Any ideas?

Could it be device or browser issue?  Are you using the app or mobile browser?  Switch if you can to a PC / laptop and try Chrome that combination seems to work well, try the case from there.

I take it you are within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, any later , and you are out of time to claim through eBay, and would need your payment provider now, for help with your refund.
