Could it be device or browser issue? Are you using the app or mobile browser? Switch if you can to a PC / laptop and try Chrome that combination seems to work well, try the case from there.
I take it you are within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, any later , and you are out of time to claim through eBay, and would need your payment provider now, for help with your refund.
