I already had an account but at the time didnt remember my password so in a rush I decided to purchase as a guest. Now this email I registered as a guest was the same one as my account. Now I have access to my account I cant see the purchase on my account. I cant understand why it wouldnt be there... the purchase was made on the same email address linked to the account.
Anyone know why this happens and any potential fixes? I'm trying to contact the seller but I'm stuck in the loop of trying to log in and seeing my order and ebay asking me to register but I already have an account on that email so how can I register
