We go round and round until one of us gives up snd the item has to get re listed. What can I do, bar not use e bay anymore

eBay have ' lumped' Guernsey and Jersey into Europe.
If the seller has Europe as somewhere they do not post to, it deselects Guernsey!
The seller needs to go to their Site Preferences untick the box alongside Europe for destinations they do not wish to post to, place you on their exemption list too, and you will be able to buy from them.

Channel Islands are an excluded postal location when a seller is using Simple Delivery.
'Bulky items and deliveries to the Channel Islands are currently excluded from Simple Delivery'
Above taken from https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/posting-items/setting-postage-options/simple-delivery?id=5575#se... under Eligibility section
Your sellers would have to arrange postage direct with a carrier/Royal Mail

best remove your screenshot as it contains private info that leaves you open to fraud.

Guernsey is included in both the Domestic section and also Europe Section of countries to which a seller posts. It is really up to seller to edit correctly then find a way round ebay’ s complicated supposedly simple postage. Can they ever get anything right?
