Can’t get eBay to link to my account and they won’t speak to me

I have tried and tried and tried to link my eBay account to my bank all details are correct - definitely correct all I get back is the same you won’t get paid until you have done this - I have done this many many times but they won’t accept the detsils which are 100% correct??

Bank account must be in same name as you used for ebay account,

E.G. John Smith.

Also has to be a high street bank, not an Internet only one.

Thanks for reply - name is same and spelt correctly and it’s Halifax so is a high st bank they’ve accepted my debit card for other payments but payouts have to be by bank account??
