Can't get a QR code/prepaid label. Anyone else?

Click on "Get prepaid label and QR code"
Get "It was not possible to generate the label. Something is wrong. Please try again later." 

What are my alternatives? How do I ship the item to keep ebay protection??

Update:
now the "Get prepaid label" button is greyed out and I can't click on it at all
I also see "No shipping services available. Please check the order details and try again."
