Can't fulfill order status

I've sent an item and it's been received by the buyer. I sent royal mail instead of a different company that I had unintentionally put up as option. Now I can't seem to change status from..Print Label and Send Item. The buyer is happy with item but not sure how to advance and can't find a chat person to help.

To mark the item as dispatched open the original Simple Delivery label.

Then change the tracking number via View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow > Add Tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.   Even without doing that the payment will be released after 14 days.

If the buyer paid for the original label the cost will be automatically refunded to them in 30 days.
