Hi!
I recently purchased an item from a business page on eBay. I want to contact the seller as I’m not happy with the quality of the product. When I follow the link in my email and click ‘contact seller’ or ‘leave feedback’ it t takes me to a page to create an eBay account which I can’t do as my email is already registered to my account. It won’t let me sign in through that page. When I sign in from the home page using the email linked to the purchase, the purchase isn’t anywhere to be found! What can I do? It’s as if I have bought it as a guest but then surely I should still be able to contact the seller.
