Buyer paid for item and post but Parcel is over 2kg so I’m paying for it myself how can I access the address I think I have checked everywhere thankyou
Open the simple delivery postage label and the address is on there. You need to do that anyway to mark the item as dispatched and change the tracking number.
The buyer will automatically receive a refund for the unused postage in 30 days.
