Can someone talk me through the actual steps I need to contact 'customer services''

Item sold for approximately £208, fees shown came to approximately £35, but money transferred to bank account was approximately £140.

Should have been nearer £170

I need to query this with customer services, any idea how to contact them via email?

Thanks.

I cannot make the maths work either ,  did you add a reserve on that item?  That would cost you a non refundable listing fee of 4% of that set reserve. This link will show you the breakdown of your fees charged.

If you do still need to contact eBay Customer Services,  they do not work via emails,  it's a LIve Chat and sometimes there's a Call Back option to select.

The lines are closed presently,  but reopen at 8 a.m. contact them then if you can,  when the lines first open as there's more chance of Dublin answering.  They have access to your account and can see and explain the charges.

To Contact Customer Services it's a Live Chat, or you can select to speak and request a Call Back. Click on this link:

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
