Hi all ,
So I've sold some plant cuttings and I don't know how I've done it but I'd put postage as letter post ,normally I do large letter or parcel.
Anyway, I got in touch with buyer asking to cancel the order ,rejig the postage with no additional costs to him then for them to repurchase, anyway he not replied.
So these cuttings can't go letter post so I need to sort it .Not bothered about buying additional post as its my error but how do I do it.
If I mark as despatched it let's me go to manage post and I can purchase via packlink the size I need ,it shows what the buyer paid for post too.Will that portion he's paid go towards packlink payment and I pay the rest or not ? Any ideas ?
