Can I post using Parcelforce as Simple Delivery options are only up to a medium size package

Just sold a Lego set which is 70cm long. Simple Delivery  is up to 61cm. What can I do, can I just post it via Parcelforce and forego the Simple Delivery  label? This Simple Delivery  is a nightmare, it doesn't work

Send it with Parcelforce and, as you offered free delivery, claim a refund for the Simple Delivery label.

You will get paid 14 days after the transaction date, so day 15.

What jck says and you can also add the new tracking number and mark as dispatched by generating the original prepaid label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.  That needs to be done on a desktop browser. 

 

After that you can cancel the original label here:
