About 2 years ago I sold a ring I found around the house, as a young individual I found this ring which I believed would be worth some money so I listed it and sold it here on eBay from this account.
it was a BVLGARI ring and I didn’t appreciate its sentimental value because it was unknown!
my best friend and father recently passed away and while looking through photos I discovered that the ring I had sold was intact his wedding ring. I am so devastated to have realised that the “lost” ring I had found those years ago was an incredibly important item to me.
I have found the account of the individual who bought the ring, along with all order details and order ID, however I cannot find any way to contact the individual, I have no other information other than the postal code that the ring was sent to and the username, I can access the buyers account but I cannot perform any action accept read reviews. I really need some help to find this buyer and contact them in order to find if they still have the ring and if so would they allow me to buy it back from them.
please help!

If you have their username ID, click on Advanced top right of your Seller Hub homepage.
On the left click on By Seller then on the right add the username ID.
Their profile page will appear on the right click on Contact member.

Sorry looking back at your original post I read order ID as username ID.
Is there nothing on those order details as to who purchased the item? Any highlighted username ID ?
Where did you find any order details? Sold items on eBay are held for a maximum of 90 days, then all details removed, now way to trace a buyer from an eBay source.

Hi, where can I find their user ID?
If you go to your feedback page it's on there. Just click on their eBay name to get to their feedback profile page then, top right, there's a 'Contact Member' link in the Member Quick Links box.
