I contacted a seller in the USA asking for shipping costs. He responded promptly and I decided to go ahead. When I clicked on Buy it Now it said the seller wouldn’t ship to UK. I went back to the seller and he said no, that’s not true, I need to sign up to eBay’s International Delivery Service. I can’t find what this is.
i tried putting the item in my cart, but when it got to checkout it said I needed to update my address. My address is correct.
I want to get on with this before someone else buys it. Can anyone help?
