Buying from France

Hi.  I’m in the Uk.  A seller in France wants to sell to me . They say they’ve tried to add postage to the UK  on their listing but I’m unable to purchase it.   Its coming up with ‘seller wont post to your country’ in red! ( the listing can only be found on french ebay. Doesn’t appear on Uk ebay).  They say they’ve sold to other countries before without an issue.  Would appreciate some help with this one……

Ask the seller to put your ID on their exemption list to remove any blocks.    If they don't know how and assuming their site is similar to ours they'll find it on their My eBay at Site Map at the very bottom of the page.    Scroll down past the categories to Sell > Selling Activities > Manage Bidders.
