Buying an item after auction is finished

I agreed a price with a seller for an item after the auction had finished. I agreed to pay when l collect the item but E Bay will not allow me via the message facility to get an address and phone number - how can l get this information?

unless the seller relists and you buy through the listing you are indulging in an off eBay deal.

Once you buy through the listing you pay through eBay checkout [unless a vehicle] then addresses etc can be exchanged.

Yes,seller will have to relist and you must pay via eBay checkout before you can be given the collection address

Cash on  collection is no longer allowed
