If you didn't have collection on your listing you should cancel/refund the transaction (via the dropdown menu arrow for it on your orders list) and relist for collection. Otherwise the buyer won't receive the collection QR code that you need to get from them to confirm they have the item.

The 'system' is not designed to cope with members doing things that the listing doesn't cater for, so there are no workarounds.
There are risks to both parties when a buyer collects an item listed with postage or a seller posts an item listed for collection.

It’s not Advisable doing this. If your seller happened to be “dishonest” you are leaving yourself open for an item not received case that the buyer could open. They would win as you would have no tracking etc on item if posted. So you could have no item and no monies.
as papso says the system doesn’t allow for your suggestion.
