Buyers not seeing postage options

Hi All

I have potential buyers in China messaging me stating "your listing shows buyer does not post to this region" , however the items are set as GSP so why would they see this and it is preventing them from buying so what is going on ? TIA

It's possible the items in questions are not accepted by GSP.   You could opt out of it here:

https://www.ebay.co.uk/ship/prf

and put direct postage to China on your listings.   You can look up prices on Royal Mail website.   You'll need World Zone 1.

many thanks for time out, could be the reason yeah but i like the GSP and sell a lot around the world its only people in China cannot see postage option on some listings which makes me think GSP have put something on China etc as just sold earlier to AU and that was fine for example. I dont want to change all 270 listings as GSP works or did lol
