Buyers fee

Can you help. If I am selling an item for £100 the item is listed at £110 , that’s £100 for the item and £10 buyers fee, if then a buyer makes an offer of say £60 and I decline but make a counter offer of £80, is that £80 inclusive of the buyers fee so say I only get £70 or is the offer of £80 that I make plus eBay’s buyer fee so buyer receives a total price of around £90.

hope this is not to confusing. Thank you

Re: Buyers fee

A buyer offers what they want to pay so you get less because the Buyer Protection Fee is taken off that amount.    If you make the offer the BP fee is added on so the buyer pays more.

It gets complicated.

Offer from buyer will include BPF, so you get less amount.

Offer you make to buyer, ebay will add on BPF.
