Buyers changing their mind!!

What is it with buyers, changing their minds? I sold an item ( bundle of 2 ) she's paid for it, and now after 3 days ( i was away so unable to post ) shes asked me to cancel it because " she doesn't know why she bought it in the first place, as its way to small for her lol" easy for her to add an LOL. Anyway, where does that leave me as we all know if I send it, she'll just say there is something wrong with the size! Should I just tell her to cancel and be at the loss of a sale? Everything is so bad now to sell as it is without ars.h.les wasting our time!!

Yep,  there's always that annoying one buyer here and there amongst,  thankfully,  more of the good ones!

 

Personally,  I think if they ask to cancel ( they cannot do this from their end)  cancel the order citing Buyer requests to cancel.  This refunds them if they've paid,  and your seller performance is not affected.

 

No point sending it if they don't want it,  high chance it will be returned to you damaged, and you may end up fully refunding and no item, or a receive a damaged one.
