Buyers are not seeing GSP Shipping prices on my listings

As above, I have the GSP box ticked in the postage profile and also enrolled in GSP  but none of my listings showing GSP shipping to buyers - have a customer from Singapore asking to buy an item but can't see the Shipping costs, just says contact seller.

Cn anyone advise please?

Ebay are aware and working on it.

from Eire I can see Global on your listings, but if I open an item it tells me to contact the seller for P&P.

Why do you have to use GSP, you can sell overseas, and from buyers point of view quite bit cheaper, and several days faster.
