Buyers address / postage cost

It has become a nightmare trying to find buyers address to post items to.

Clicking every option available to obtain the buyers address is unreasonable.

In doing so, one clicks postage just in case the address is available within BUT, I do find the buyers address but also unknowingly find I have purchased postage which I do not want.

I like to put a claim for refund to ebay, a total amount of  £6.10  for the following:

Order no.  12-13144-63642  £2.72

Order no.  15-13136-76463   £3.38

Please credit my account ASAP.

QUESTION: Is their an easy way of obtaining buyers address to post item ?

Buyers address / postage cost

You are supposed to use the Simple Delivery postage label supplied via ebay.   That will have the buyer's address on it.

If you've paid for unused labels you can cancel them here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

If the buyer paid for them they will be refunded automatically in 30 days.
