Has anyone had an issue with a buyer requesting a refund several days after delivery?
I posted a VR headset, then five days after delivery the buyer opened a return saying the controllers are sticking.
I’m worried about return abuse and about receiving back a different or damaged item.
What steps should I take in the eBay returns process, and what evidence should I keep?

Buyer

All you can do is accept the return and issue a refund when your get the item back.   If you receive a different item you can appeal here:
