I recently sold two ornaments to a customer who complained that there were brown spots on them and he wanted to return them so I refunded both items. Then half hour later he messaged to say he has removed the spots with polish so he is keeping them. How does he repay me.
You should only refund AFTER ITEMS have been returned.
Now buyer has no incentive to repay you, and there is no proceed through ebay. Ebay sill not do anything as you did not follow the proper safe procedure.
