Hello,
A buyer wants my postcode so they can decide where to collect the item from. Ebay has blocked me from providing a postcode or address details. How do I let a potential buyer know where they can collect from? I want to give them the option of two locations.
Thanks,

You cannot give potential buyers any contact details.
The buyer needs to buy, pay through eBay checkout, then you are allowed to give out all contact details.
Be aware, cash is no longer allowed on collection. After purchase, the buyer must pay at eBay checkout, from the various payment methods offered, there.

They would need to pay before you can send precise address details.
Can't you send a more general reponse that doesn't need a postcode?

I can see the problem. Your location just says 'London' and that's no use really.
However you can't provide address details until the buyer pays.
It would be better to give a more accurate location, or perhaps add the London Borough to the listing, assuming there are no bids.

London seems to be default based on my postcode which is not visible. How I change that?

When you list you can add a more accurate location to the description

Are you not able to enter a post code for location.
My location shows as London Borough of Havering which is adequate.
