I'm really annoyed 😡
I sold an item and posted it off with Simple Delivery via Evri. As happens sometimes, tracking was hanging as "courier has parcel" for a few days and eventually the buyer sent a message telling me what the tracking says and asking if the item has been posted 🤷🏼♂️
I replied that yes it has been posted which the tracking says but I will try and chase Evri for an update.
Next day buyer messages to say they've got the parcel but had to collect it from a RM Depot and that they had to pay £7 because the postage hadn't been paid so I should pay them £7!!!
Of course I referred them to eBay because the parcel was sent with Evri,had a prepaid (via eBay) Evri label on and RM would have no way of contacting the buyer to ask for payment.
Absolute scammer needs taking off eBay immediately 😡
