How can I ensure that a buyer does not have the option to select what the posatge is? I used the more complex postage in my listing but still the buyer had an option to choose what it was going to be. Presumably he chose the cheaper option to save money. But I seleceted what I chose because I thought it was the safest way to post it.
Oh and how if at all is ther a way to speak to a human on the phone, for future reference?
