Buyer selected collection in error and paid but now needs to add postage

A buyer didn't select the postage and so just paid for the item.  They can't collect and want to pay for postage.  How can I invoice them ? Thanks

If they have paid,  there's nothing you can do through eBay now.

Your buyer needs to pay you by cheque,  bank transfer or if they have a PayPal account,  and Friends and Family payment for the amount.  Or,  you can send them a PayPal invoice they do not need a PP account for this and can pay with various card options.  Use whichever method suits you both best.

email addresses are needed if PayPal is used,  this can be found in the order details for the item paid,  right hand side >>  Show contact info.
