Buyer says I’ve sent the wrong item

I sold a pair of dungarees which the buyer has received today, however she has just messaged me to say that she received a baby doll instead of the dungarees that I sent. I’m not really sure what to do. This hasn’t happened to me before I know for a fact, I sent her the right item, I don’t have any baby dolls to send her!

Ask her for more information.   Had the parcel been opened or tampered with?   Is she sure it's the parcel you sent or has another seller made the mistake?   Ask for a photo of the parcel.
