Buyer saying not as described 14 days after delivery

Hi, just after some advice.

I sold an iPhone as parts/repairs due to cosmetic damage it had, I checked the phone before listing and everything worked as it should.

Buyer paid, I sent the phone off and 2 weeks after delivery the buyer has messaged saying that the camera doesn't work so the phone is not as described.

They are saying that they've only just activated the phone and that ebay will side with them no matter when they first tried the phone.

They're asking for a partial refund due to the cost of having to repair the camera which was working when I sent it.

Is it worth letting them open a dispute or should I agree a partial refund/full refund and return.

Thanks all

Best let the buyer open an ebay return request and look to refund that way when it's returned, as they may change there mind about returning it!
