A buyer has had an item for 4 weeks she received the item left positive feedback when the item arrived.Now she has opened a request saying item is defective, when I asked her how it had been washed she admitted to using fabric softeners, which was clearly stated not to in the description. also on the washing instructions set out by the manufacturer. how is this fair that eBay expect you to refund £135 for an item that the buyer has ruined by her own misuse it’s basically legal scamming and eBay don’t want to know the nonsense they come out with is ridiculous
