I sold a TCG trading card , which shows it’s been delivered with a picture to an old mailbox attached to a house, the place is in the middle of nowhere. So you’d assume the postman knows the area and is the same delivery often but , the buyer is trying to say it’s not there and that the postman doesn’t usually leave it there?
what would be the next steps am I covered by that information I’ve screenshotted the proof but there’s no way to provide it to eBay

If you sent it tracked, and the tracking shows delivery, Ebay should find in your favour if the buyer opens an 'item not received' case.

Pictures hold not water for eBay, do you have tracking to show delivery ?
Or, if it doesn't and this was a Simple Delivery transaction, if tracking doesn't show delivery, buyer opens a case for item not received and eBay should pick up that refund, pay the buyer, you get to keep the payout.

Is it the card you sold for £208?
That was sold with Ebay Simple Delivery.
If you used the Simple Delivery label provided by Ebay, and the buyer has opened a case saying they don't have the card, then Ebay should deal with the case.
Did you use the Simple Delivery label? Tracking number would begin YA.
Has the buyer opened a case saying they have not received the card or have they just messaged you?
The more details you give, the more accurate any advice can be.

Put aside the fact that you have pictures of a post box etc.
If you sent the item using the Simple Delivery label and the buyer opened a case through Ebay saying the item had not been delivered, then you would have an email from Ebay saying something like 'Your buyer has opened a case but we are dealing with it and you don't need to do anything.'
Have you had that message from Ebay?

You don't need to do anything.
Ebay will deal with the case - they won't refund the buyer if tracking shows delivery to the address the buyer used at checkout and they will pass the buyer's payment to you.
