Block buyers with zero feedback

I've just sold a BIN item and the buyer has paid. However, I've just noticed that they have a zero feedback score. They may just be a new eBayer. But I'm also aware of scams where they say the item hasn't arrived, is faulty etc, and so I am anticipating problems with the sale. Is there still a way of blocking buyers with zero or low feedback from buying?

This is why its not possible. 

Even well established buyers can be troublesome.
