Buyer requested to cancel

Buyer requested to cancel but I missed the 3 day window. Now says a cancellation is already requested but seller complained they haven’t been refunded and still says arrange collection

You as seller have to cancel sale using reason buyer’s request.

If you miss the window then that counts as cancellation refused.  There is only one go at a cancellation so you can't cancel now.

You can refund without cancelling, or the buyer can open a case for item not received in a few days time.   Then you refund through the case.
